Even Mooron came to your rescue!

What the....... ???????

When?

Ignore him Mooron, He's just running around like a chicken with his
head cut off.

Must be all the republicans in town that has him so worked up to a
frenzy.

I post on Sailing and OT threads alike.

I rescue nobody....

Bob thinks everyone needs rescuing. Thats comes from always counting
on others to do what you should do for yourself. It's engraved in his
brain.

I'm sure he expects the Coast Guard to come to his rescue if he calls
on them.

I don't play favourites..... without a plan.

You post here... you are fair game.

Guide yourself accordingly! :-)

'm certain that this fact is in large part responsible for your
continued courtesy and acquiescence to me.

I'm certain that, after failing to know the full meaning of "Nomad", you should
steer clear of words like "acquiescence."
This is not a good day for you, Mooron. Are you well?

It's a fine day Bob..... I'm feeling well and sharp as a razor. Is the
stress of impending parenthood overwhelming you today?

Why thank You Bob..... you've effectively shot yourself in the foot with
minimal goading on my part.

"Bobsprit" in message originally defined nomad solely as

| | 2 : an individual who roams about aimlessly
|
| Nomadic poeple do not wander about aimlessly... and that is not the
correct
| definition... but you know that now don't you.
|
|
| Poor Mooron! You force me to slap you about!

| Main Entry: no·mad
| Pronunciation: 'nO-"mad, British also 'nä-
| Function: noun
| Etymology: Latin nomad-, nomas member of a wandering pastoral people, from
| Greek, from nemein

Doesn't see like it when you don't even know what Nomad means.

Well obviously you need either to awaken your sense of comprehension or slip
on the beer goggles and claim a Drunk Defense... because, sure as
shootin'... Nomad means what I said it does Bob!

And your original use to infer "solitary" & "lone" was so far off the mark
as to be... Oh Heck here's what you said:

Mooron, you are no nomad here. I'm the only one who makes no treaties or

alliances here

Now really Bob... even you can see how silly that sounds now can't you?

Heh.. when are you going to start a thread about night sailing..... you
know.. impart some of your experience, knowledge and offer some pointers.
Maybe some Navigation Threads as well.

I had a station wagon called a Nomad many years ago. Is that what you guys are
on about? It was great for cruising aimlessly.

When I was in high school, I used to drive my father's 56 Ford
convertable... white with red highlights. We used to cruise over to
the Valley... Ventura Blvd. That was fun. It was a great car, but
finally something broke off inside the engine and it banged so loud
my father gave it away. I had a 62 Buick for a while, but it wasn't
nearly so much fun.
