No, she was not sailing, was not in use and remained in her slip while UK
repaired her head sails.
The boat you saw was a vessel which had dropped it's sails for a reason. You
were close enough to see "smiling faces" but you did not attempt to hail her?
I see.
I can't wait to relate this story to Mike at Harlem Yacht Club. I hope you did
well in the race.
