Odd... I'm a Right to Life with understanding that it's neither my choice

No Joe... you stepped over the line when you suggested he kill his own
offspring which he is wanting and waiting for. That's the line Joe.....
when someone aborts for a reason... I can't stand in judgment of that. But
if the life is to be terminated than it's fitting it should be utilized for
good rather than disposed of uselessly. That's the whole point of the
matter.

The issue here is not Pro Life vs Pro Choice...... some abortions are
required for diverse reasons. Why waste the gift for some rather paltry and
self effacing values that in the grand scheme of things are ultimately
misguided.

Wishing some days that I had a clone to share the load...

The stem cell is the origin of life. .....

Yes! Absolutely! But they are NOT Human Beings.

.... where do think most stem cells used in research come from?

Currently, thanks to the village idiot and his imaginary friend, from some
22 cultures he chose for reasons no intellegent person can understand. That
is too few for reasonable genetic diversity and it effectively prevents the
research needed to develop cures for our most debilitating diseases.
Meanwhile, MDs are fertilizing 1000s of eggs in vitro so infertile couples
can have kids - a common procedure blessed by most cults. Once fertilized,
ONE of these "origins of life" is implanted and once ONE "takes" the rest
get flushed down a drain!! Why? Because "The Voices" told some idiot heard
said that using them to save lives is against their cult's beliefs.

Where is the source of the best stem cells?

From your own umbilical cord. They match your DNA so cells and organs grown
from them wouldn't be rejected. But you neglected to save those cells and
so did everybody else. So the next best way to get them is to inject your
DNA into an ova to get stem cells identical to those in your own body -
cells that can be used to repair YOU. But 'the voices' Bush obeys say YOU
must suffer horrible disease and die rather repair yourself .....

For example, I have diabetes. It costs $$$ to control and will eventually
kill me. The technology exists to take a few of my skin cells, extract my
DNA, inject it into an ova, and when enough stem cells develop, inject them
into my pancreas to CURE my diabetes. But that simple, safe procedure is not
FDA approved and scientists cannot conduct the studies needed to get it
approved because "the voices" told a village idiot that a lump of stem cells
is the same as a human being.

The First Amendment forbids the government to establish any religion, but GW
Bush is assuring our early deaths by imposing his idiotic religious notions
on medical researchers. That's why I'd rather write in Jessie Jackson, or
you, than vote Republican again.

Excuse me...BUT MANY republicans are supporting stem cell research and fighting
Bush on this. In every respect Bush is wrong and the results of his religious
based ignorance goes well beyond being simply evil.

Well the problem with that is someone will step over the line for the
bucks.
The only way Ive seen to harvest stem cells that I would not object to
is cord blood. However many want to clone embryo's and use those stem
cells.

IMO that is creating life to kill for your own use. Ever see the
movie the were they raise clones for spare body parts?

Because you will always run into the problem of money induced
abortions.
It's not like a fetus signed the back of his driver licences giving
permission to harvest organs, cells ect.

As I stated to Jon, a very good source of stem cells are trashed
every day in hospitals. It cord blood. If we can find a way to harvest
stem cells with permission of the donar I'm all for it.

Wishing some days that I had a clone to share the load...

I would mind having a cloned heart for when mine wears out, but I
would not be willing to take it from anyone without permission.

Oh come on... there are always people in things for the money.

Many? Like four? No one of any stature is advocating that.

I thought you don't listen to the Hollywood types?

Bull****. There's no big money in abortions. No one of any
intelligence is in favor of abortions as birthcontrol. The right
wing is using hysterical arguments to support their religious
right views.

As I stated to Jon, a very good source of stem cells are trashed

Yeh, and Bush and company want to make it illegal to use them.

I would mind having a cloned heart for when mine wears out, but I
would not be willing to take it from anyone without permission.

You won't need one, because you're currently pretty heartless.
