Crazed skipper, mutinous crew won't face charges
By The Sunday Times LONDON - An epic tale of terror adrift on the high seas ended in stalemate Saturday when a Spanish judge ruled that neither a supposedly crazed British yacht skipper nor his mutinous crew should face any charges. Spike Sellers, 32, was left with his hands lashed behind his back aboard his yacht Argo, drifting off Spain's "Coast of Death" as Ivan Holroyd, 34, and his girlfriend Rachel Rosen, 32, were winched aboard a rescue helicopter. |
