Look Max... if you are the President and get told that a terrorist strike
has occurred on mainland USA in a major metropolis! Do you really think
that the first order priority would be to finish reading a children's book
for the kids??!!

That is way beyond incompetence..... that's total idiocy. Maybe 7 minutes
didn't matter this time... it might next time.... the fact of the matter is
he did not act on his immediate responsibilites... and that's the crux of
it. He showed complacency then over-reacted. This is no leader... he is a
puppet and has proven incapable of thinking for himself.

He is viewed globally as a simpleton and ridiculed for it. How blind can his
acolytes be???
