Kerry is doing what every politician gets taught in Democrat and Republican
"leadership" schools. He, like Bush, is desperately trying to find out what
voters want to hear then say it as loudly and often as possible. Lying is
inconsequential. Barry Goldwater stood up for his convictions and by doing
so allowed LBJ to steamroller him. Fact is American voters will never elect
an honest, upstanding candidate who offers solutions that work. They want a
crook who looks like Alfred E Newman and sounds like Homer Simpson -
somebody they can identify with and understand.

How dare you. You have devalued the medals in each and every case they have
been awarded, with your allegations. What even you may claim about his
choices in movies, to call the man a coward is just wrong.

opens himself up to criticism on it. He would lose votes

Of course it is. Even Bu**** isn't a coward, and I wouldn't think to call
him that. Rummy certainly isn't a coward. Chumpy had other priorities,
but he's not a coward either.

His three pruple hearts are for scratches. His bronze star is for
pulling a man out of the water. His silver star is for shooting a man
