Hey Guys,
Let's remember the sail we're flying. It's a Gennaker. Clew higher than the Tack. If you. If you are setting the Tack pendent on the stem the sail is flying inside the Bow pulpit. If you have the end of the sheet secured, the clew is about 5 ft above the deck. If you let the sail's tack rise on the pendent the clew will be over 6ft high (always higher than the tack) At that heigth it going to take a very dumb sailor to get it under the boat Ole Thom |
