Default I'm Soooo Sorry!

(PS, the crew on the ferry says you ought to put a few ties on that main when
you take it down).

You mean even if we're about to hoist it back up??

There you go, that's what we've come to expect - implausible sailing
situations. What, it was down to ruin that otherwise good sunset shot? Or was
it blowing too hard?

Look at the water. Does it look like it's blowing too hard?? Can't figure out
why we'd drop the main and loaf along under the genoa, hmmm? Some sailor!

Well, try sailing sometime and you might find cause to drop the main for a
while....such as BBQing, better done on a slow moving or anchored vessel!

Busted AGAIN, Spirt!!! Do you have a monthly pass for the ferry?

While underway? No wonder you were so worried about fires aboard. In any
event, no excuse for not putting a tie on the main, but what do you know
anyway. Nice sunset, tho.

Why do I need a tie on the main? 20 minutes after the pic was taken it was up
again. A difference that makes no differerence IS NO difference.

Actually, we sometimes just anchor. But it was pretty light out. Still, it's
easier to cook and use the cockpit without the boom tacking back and forth.
Pretty simple if you actually cook and sail a lot, which we do...and Scotty
Potty clearly doesn't!
