5. He won't sail his boat on the ocean, even tho he said a hundred times he
was going to do it (remember the sail to no where)

4. He won't meet anyone from here, because he is afraid they will see what a
poor sailor he is (remember the Scotty and Thimbles trip fiascos and now he is
making excuses not to meet Bart)

3. He is afraid to have a male out on his boat, because then he'd be asked to
put the main up.

2. He's a dreamer - has never done the things he claimed he would - the
aforementioned sail to nowhere, race around LI, trip to Block Island, etc.

1. He is always running around clucking "pic, pic, pic, pic".
