Default PHRF to/from PY

Anyone know how to convert between PHRF and Portsmouth Yardstick? The Sonata
I sail on has a PY of 1038 - wossat in PHRF-speak?

Default PHRF to/from PY

I convert by using two contour integrals before mapping into the complex
plane. I use CCW integrals around singularities and Hartley window functions
were necessary. Then I divide by 2 and add 37.

But if you do that the result will be metric!
