MC queried:Pine defined as a wood that dulls tools? Are yours made in China?

Doesn't matter where the tools were made...pine is full of creosote and sap
and does dull saws...we have lots of jack pine and red pine on our property
and have to lop a lot of limbs...and we sharpen saw blades a lot....

Which reminds me of the cautionary tale of the cleaner(janitor, actually) at
my place of employment that died in a murder/suicide at work. Seems he was
in stairwell at work, where he allegedly groped a female security guard. He
apparently had a bit of money, he was afraid that she was going to sue him
and take it all. Even though this guy was making well over $120K annually at
the time, he and his wife would troll the freeway interchanges(the grassy
areas on the side of the road) looking for 10 cent deposit bottles and cans
that had been discarded by motorists! My wife was working at the plant at
the time, he approached her and asked if he could have her empty pop bottle,
she said no, he gave her one of those if looks could kill stares. Early one
Sunday morning, he went to the security office and accosted the father of
the alleged victim, who happened to be a securiy supervisor at the plant,
shot and killed him and then himself. I don't know if there's a moral to
this story, maybe Scotty can think of one.

I use a hand saw....I doubt that would be the problem at all.....it's wet
pitch....

I think the moral of the story is that if a janitor at your place of
business is making "well over $120k", then the economy is in better
shape than we thought and most of us need to reacquaint ourselves with
mops and floor buffers.

Doug, you're out of touch, as usual. He's talking about the big props I sold a

Who's "he"? Referring to yourself in the third person is not a sign of
good mental health. And just yesterday "you" said that "you" were "about
to sell them." Now it was a few days back, eh? Having problems keeping
your fictional live(s) straight?

Meanwhile you're accusing someone you don't know of stealing.

I know you well enough, thanks.

... Not exactly a
class act, are you Doug?

It's all the fault of the company I keep.

I don't classify trawlers under powerboats.
