Yeah sweet looking racer, fun for weekends I guess but not sure Idlike to get caught in a real storm on it, might become a Danish roll. They're supposed to be very strongly built... could get very bouncy though. They sail through all kinds of horrible stuff in the North Sea so that is a pretty good recommendation IMHO Im really happy with RedCloud, But if I could get this nice thick 62 ft aluminum Ketch here for sell that would be my perfect boat. Problem is they are asking 385K & I aint got 385 K. Not to belabor a sore point, I wouldn't want a steel boat, but aluminum is a different story. We put down offers on two aluminum boats. Of course you have to be careful to not drop any pennies in the bilge. I also tend to do some boat window-shopping on slow days. But I don't think I'd buy one from EBay. Their rules are too inflexible to permit the usual contract. Fresh Breezes- Doug King |
