The Stamford boat show was unique. About 20% of the floor space was
dedicated to "boat home theater", in other words, on board home
entertainment systems.

I'm sure Scotty is pleased to listen to his Craig Stereo that is 5200'd into
the bulkhead or Loco is orgasmic over his Sony "Sports Boombox" (in bright
yellow no less). For me, I demand understated luxury but no opulence. Simple
lines and function over form. That's why, this year, my on board home
theater system will be second to none. Not only will it act as an
entertainment center, it is fully NMEA bus compatible!

That's right! Moving GPS on the big screen AND fully processed audio from
the VHF with digitial record!

No squinting or earaches from noisy squawk boxes for me! So unlike you!
