There are too many charter companies to guess. I'd stay away from this thing.
First of all a charter vacation involves to many other things like airfair to take a chance on a crap company. Problems I have with this website "auction" : You don't know who the boat is with, how old it is etc. If the auction selling website had nothing to hide they would provide many more details. Sounds like some cheap charter company attempting to get people to pay them to move their boats away during storm season. Usually something they have to pay someone to do.
