Wasn't this posted about Bertie the Bunyip about five years ago?

Were you still lurking/participating then? LOL!

It's almost like an 1890s rap song.

Don't remember it.

Yep, I was there in another guise...you dropped in later.

Nah, my dad does though, a Piper Arrow.

I don't see the point of owning a plane. Whenever I need one, I rent
it.

How many seats to you have to reserve before they'll allow you to fly?

The only Oz I remember is Phil Miller, the keeper of the ada FAQ.

I also remember a few sailing threads, IIRC, Craig used to sail on the
"America's Cup" thingy..and made a few comments about what sore losers the
New Zealand sailors were...

Then there was the "starboard/port" thread... are you " Oliver" ?

LP (geeze, I just hate an unsolved mystery!)

I don't blame you, the cost of a hangar and maintence, etc... If you don't
fly on a daily basis like I did, it's not worth it...

Hangar?
This is Australia...no need for a hangar, the weather isn't that bad.

Ah, but the bi-annual flight review, and the minimum flight time
requirements, etc...on and on...

I think it is much more expensive than a sailboat.

LP (just my opinion, mind you)

Nope, not I.

Then are you I. M. Sparticus, or elysium (he was from Costa Rica, wasn't
he?)

Hmm, don't get my curiosity sparked :-D

Hmm, I don't think he sailed on them.
