Default Flying TVs at Sea!!!!

Could never figure that out, to the casual observer about 99% of the Boob's
post appear to have emanated from someone of A. Extremely low intelligence
or B. A gifted 6 year old. I think Boob must adhere to the old adage, "if
you throw enough **** on the wall some of it will stick" A third
alternative:

I've looked this up before, haven't noticed any links to NIMH or any
"serious" medical sites, I'm guessing that it would be due to the fact that
it's not considered a debilitating disorder, and their aren't any
pharmacological treatments for it as far as I know, though I've only done a
cursory examination.

I meant that the ocean is still unpredictable... BTW, is it possible
for you to answer in a single post? Seems your short memory is
damaged....

There are two possibilities here Remco. One, Bob can't figure out
how to do it. Two, Boobsie does it on purpose for several reasons;
it ****es some people of, he thinks it is somehow more effective,
and/or he likes to keep the statistics that reflect the number of
posts he makes high.

Power: Many long distance cruisers now carry nice laptops in addition to the
standard charts. These laptops can treat the cruiser to a movie now and again
with almost no power penalty.

A laptop is no TV. Yes, really.

It's not? Laptops can play movies just fine, thank you.

Television:
1 : an electronic system of transmitting transient images of fixed or moving
objects together with sound over a wire or through space by apparatus that
converts light and sound into electrical waves and reconverts them into visible
light rays and audible sound

Sounds like the Laptop and flat panel qualify! You're wrong again!

With your logic a laptop is also a plane, ship and locomotive...

Who's logic? The laptop is also a TV. Period.

You could at least point out that a tuner for a computer is roughly $100.

You pick up broadcasts from the middle of the ocean? WOW! Don't forget
your satelite phone and your credit card.

Okie dokie, let's carry this one step further, the next time you put
one of those not yet released to the public DVDs that you claim to get
in your DVD player at home and watch the contents on that large screen
TV in your little room, refer to that process as "Watching TV", non of
this pretentious "screening a film" hog swill!

You mean..."Bob is right again, so let's go WAY off topic so we can act like
we're right!"
