Bwahahahahahahahahhaaa | | Hate to pop your balloon, Capt., but B&D did make some professional-grade | tools a while back. They weren't cheap, and they were top-notch. It's only | been within the past decade that B&D went the cheap consumer tool route. You're not poping my balloon at all Max.... I have an almost identical grinder in the lathe shop as Bob's... it's a B&D but it's not variable and it's a brute. My B&D 1/2" drill is over 15 years old. Now the question is would you use a grinder as a polisher.... or would you label a grinder as "Professional Grade"??? Bob's just having some fun and so am I! God forbid some newbie to sailing takes a cue from Bob and tries "buffing" a hull at 10K RPM with a Grinder!!!...... CM |
