Bob, if you are worried get one of the radio harnesses the wind
surfers use to hold the radio strapped to their chests. If you
float you'll have a radio, if you sink you won't need one.

Well it certainly won't work unless you run the lines.

Sometimes you have to watch those manufacturer's claims,


The Garmin floats. Tried it.
