Had a PVC pipe crack 10 yrs. ago, the one that fed the outside spigot.
Replaced the pipe and installed a shut off further back in the house.

Mostly. The week started badly with a broken pipe (basement heating pipe)
and a
flooded basement. The upside is I could isolate it, our heating service
contract meant we could actually get someone to come (though they wouldn't

the pipe), and the basement is now cleaner than its been in 8 years!
Today I
will try my hand at soldering in a new section.

Tuesday, when the Sasquatch pic was taken, was actually the warmest day of
the
week, about 10F in the morning. It got colder after that, with lows down
to -10F and highs never over +10F. The cold snap is declared "over" now,
its
18F headed for 28. The temp for game time tomorrow should be about 32.
