I don't think it would matter what he used. He couldn't have gotten
it with anything... fat fingers.

Thanks, I never could have got it with RB's POS consumer trash!

Especially at
100 yards, with frostbitten fingers!

That's Milo, some flavor of Retriever. About a dozen neighborhood dogs get some
off-lease time in the Puppy Play Group at the local playground after morning
dropoff, a scene repeated throughout the city. There's a heated debate now as
to whether this is in the best interests of the citizens of our fair city. At a
recent meeting an anti-dog city councilor said "Over my dead body;" the pro-dog
forces asked if that was a promise.

There's a dog park around the corner from us but it is privately owned =
and there is an access fee and membership. I have my doubts about the =
whole thing. Too many alpha dogs could turn the whole thing into a =
melee' rather than the pleasant romp it's supposed to be. Bitch fights =
are especially nasty. Are there hoses handy in case someone decides to =
have someone else for dinner?

What kind of dogs do you have out there? We have up to 20 dogs in our group
and I've never seen a fight that we had to break up.

Veg-All...Heinz 57...labs, goldens, rotty's....OES....it's usually a =
little dog, like a cocker or shizthu that starts it...they run under the =

I agree, they try to scratch eyes out and scar eachother while making
noises like female tennis players.

That's good. Breaking up a dog fight is no fun, especially if your dog is in the middle of it. If it's all other people's dogs, you can use a hose or a snow shovel.

What I've seen is two dogs that live in the same household often form their own pack, and together will act much more aggressively towards other dogs than either would by themselves. I'm mistrustful of mixed breeds with chow genes, too. They're just plain mean.

Yep, lots of people are even more irrational about their dogs (or other pets) than they are about their kids.

We have a dog park near us that is a lot of fun. We used to go to it a couple of times a week, dogs need exercise and the social activity is good for them too. Have to keep an eye on things though.
