If I spilled so much that it drew the "Harbor Nazis", I'd take
responsibility for my actions by accepting their requirements for
cleanup and paying the appropriate fine.

For dishwashing and bathing, we use biodegradable sal****er soap, not
Joy or similar. Yep. I'm a "tree hugger." (Is there an appropriate
nautical epithet? "Fish hugger" sounds too kinky.)
