Well I thought, if I dont tell ya, I don't Love ya!

I certainly agree that in a private Catholic school, the government
has absolutely no right to say the amounts of each religion your
children should learn. However, if these other religions are discussed
as they relate to your Christian beliefs, and your beliefs are
emphasized, this can become a springboard for conversations about the
differences in the world. More importantly, conversations could begin
about how similar we are as well. If you can talk religion now with
your kids, you're way ahead of the game!
Regarding the Christmas decorations...Amen! We're celebrating the
birth of Jesus, let's say so. But is it so bad to wish our friends of
other faiths well at thier special time of year also? Isn't that what
the whole birth was about?

Best Regards and Merry Christmas!

However, it is too late for a move back to the old
sod. [sigh].

It is never too late to do something worthwhile.

They are discussed. The validity of the Reformation is discussed. =
Comparison of other religions is discussed. But for faoth in one's own =
religion, a basic education in the belief system must be instilled first =
so that the comparisons can be made.

Hahahaha.... reminds of that joke about Kiwis who like to "have" sheep
that are on a cliff... they push back harder.

Lord but you're not too bright. Smart sheep? What attraction
would they have. Now, tight sheep, on the other hand, . . .

Careful, you'll get Ozzy and Navie all excited.

Somehow, I don't think BB would interest them at all. I think they only

like smart sheep.

I thought it was rather nice of us to send that all your way. It was nice and sunny here, although cold. The local power company decided to clear their easement that runs across our property, so we hauled wood this morning. They chopped down two maples and an oak besides a bunch of our red pine. We stacked the hardwood, but left the pine out there...we can always use it for bonfires next summer, but don't want all that pitch going up the chimney. Someone stole our tractor trailer from the road when we hauled a bunch of stuff down to be hauled away...had to wheelbarrow and use the trunk of the car....glad we didn't have a foot do snow to complicate matters.

Wow. That sounds like a lot of work! Why don't you take a break and
fix your word wrap? It'll only take a few seconds, and it will
accomplish much more than chopping and hauling firewood.

Hint for brainless hormone deprived ninny: Yours are the only posts in this
newsgroup that would require all those otherwise unnecessary steps. You also
don't quote properly. Even Horvath can do this. That doesn't say much for you.

Of course it looks new. It *is* new, still in its box and wrapped in
its original paper. You've never fired it because you're too dim to
figure out how it works.
