Default Amazing November Weather

I taught a private lesson on Friday. We had 62 F
degree sailing and sunny skies. Amazing weather
for November! The weather has been great all
weekend. Did anyone else get out?

We had to tip-toe over broken glass to get to the
boat. The last big wind storm blew out 20 linear
feet of windows on a closed restaurant. The marina
management still has done nothing to clean it up.

Did you get any wind? We were supposed to have
15-20 knots, but only had 5-10 knots. I thought
for sure we would have the remnants of the last
front. But it blew hard which means it moves
on fast.

I was at City Island today. Not enough wind to get my Kestrel meter beyond 3
knots when I stood on the breakwater. One "puff" was up to 4.5, but I think a
squid farted. Beautiful weather for hanging around the docks and working on the
boat.

It was pretty light... I'd say 10-15 kts at most.
