A little twisted in that logic, aren't you? You find the President
admirable because he didn't plant WMD? Virtually everyone else on the
planet would find planting WMD, unethical, immoral, and abhorrent. Taking
the heat would be telling the American people, "I was wrong. Iraq did not
possess Weapons of Mass Destruction." Now, that, would be admirable.

Bush had proof of--too much proof. The WMD would just be icing on the
cake--not needed for any honest observer of Saddam's brutal history to

They'd just find another excuse to distrust America, and blame Bush.
Logic is beyond their grasp. France and Russia objected to the war for
the same reason that most third parties object--it conflicted with
their own interests. They had lucrative oil contracts with Saddam that
would be in question after his departure. The more I think about it,
the more I know that Bush will win reelection in a landslide next year.
Americans are willing to fight and die, and even pay billions for a
noble cause, and replacing Saddam (and his evil sons) with a democracy
is a noble cause. If democracy works in Iraq, it can spread in other
Middle-East countries from the grassroots up-not by new wars. That's
what the Muslim fundamentalists can't stand--personal freedom for the
masses--especially women. Muslim radical clerics, and especially the
dictators, hate personal freedom . What is it about freedom for Iraqis
that you don't like, Bob?

Saddam's WMD was in the increasing the range of his rockets. That was
how he was going to deliver the WMD.

He had the formular for the Gas & Bio's and the Labs to produce it on
short term.

He elected to work on the delivery system. This was taken from Aziz, his
deputy, in his statement.

This was basically found out by the UN inspecters before the war. Bush
jumped into the invasion without a good reason
