Default Why the double standard here????

LP,
You mentioned before that you were going to disappear once Mooron leaves =
for his winter's sojourn. I invite you to stay...you can be an =
apprentice sailor...heck..you fly so you know what winds do and their =
affect on foils so what the hey..how ridicule will it be to transfer =
over from air to water? I even invite you to fly here to W. MI next =
summer and go sailing ...that will make you a bona fide, for real =
apprentice....

I have a better idea. Katy, why not you go when LP goes.

Give the group a break. I chased LP away so why don't
you follow her lead.

Thanks for the invitation, Katy. I might just take you up on the "going
sailing" offer. That is unless Capt. Mooron comes up with a better offer.
;-)

It wouldn't be "ridicule" at all to be able to sail, to the contrary.

An old boyfriend from Chicago was in the aviation business. He owned a
sailboat, although I never got up that way to go sailing, because he used to
fly to either OKC or Tulsa to visit me.

Also my flight instructor's son, who broke a world flying record at age 16,
has a 35-40 ft sailboat on the land behind his Dad's place. The sailboat is
probably rotted by now...it hasn't been on the water in over 15 years, IIRC.
