You have never experienced these sentiments so well expressed by Robinson. I have and can understand exactly how he feels. Your showpiece restored tugboat simply isn't seaworthy enough to survive a storm at sea. S.Simon You have a tug Rick? Saw a 1927 tug on the GSA auctions. http://www.gsaauctions.gov What do you think? Is she a money maker? Id like to push around ship, if the moneys right. Joe "Rick" wrote in message ink.net... And just what, exactly, does that have to do with a degenerate old wannabe squatting on a plastic toy boat with a broken boom tied to an engine block in a Florida swamp? Are you pretending you share some spiritual connection with real sailors? Bwahahahahahahahahaha Get your own life master of wannabes. Rick |

If I was forced to buy a powerboat, it would be a tug.

Id like to push around ship, if the moneys right. It will take a lot more than an old boat and a few bucks. Regulatory environment and competition is pretty stiff. Rick |

Only had a little time left when I posted. Went for 25k Id like to push around ship, if the moneys right. It will take a lot more than an old boat and a few bucks. Regulatory environment and competition is pretty stiff. Yeah, and I do not know that market. If I could afford it I buy a new supply boat like this one: http://www.bollingershipyards.com/MNM_MsSara%20Jane.htm I could make 1,500 a day pure profit! Halter Marine make some nice supply boats as well, any 220 footer with liquid mud and cement tanks and north sea stacks would fit the bill. Joe Rick |
