Nice job with my credibility, buttmunch. Even I don't know if I
exist or not. Very existential. Let's see... I think, therefore I am....You are what you eat....I'M SO CONFUSED!. |

Nice job with my credibility, buttmunch. Even I don't know if I
exist or not. Very existential. Let's see. See? That'll teach you to stop me from taking your picture and posting it! Nevermind....perhaps we stole that Freedom 36 for a nice daysail... I'm still jealous of your below-decks autopilot! Anyway...here's proof that your boat exists at least.,... http://hometown.aol.com/bobsprit/images/freedom.jpg RB |

You are what you eat....I'M SO CONFUSED!.
BTW, have you taken your boat to Martha's Vineyard? I seem to remember that you did. We are plannng that for next season. We plan to make a straight passage with no landfall, then thread our way back. Any suggestions? RB |

Coming back, realize that the
prevailing is SW and unlesss you plan your stops carefully, you'll be hard on what ever wind there is, all the way Yup...I plan to adjust the boat for better pointing. My genoa can be lowered a bit, thereby allowing for better shape via the genoa car position. With heavy air I have a hell of a 90% jib, brand new that should get me way upwind, Coming back from the thimbles, the air turned on us for a couple of hours, forcing some pretty fruitless tacks before finally using the motor for a while. Wasn't long, but Suzanne hates the diesel. RB |

Hey, wait a second. If you're Bob, how could you know these things? I'm beginning to
