Oh OK, Carry on....

Thank you, Sir!

Hey, Donal....still happy with your Beneteau? No dreams bigger than a bottom of
the line bargain boat? How is it that I'm about to get a better boat and make
money with it while you're stuck with the same old thang!

Bwahahahahahaha!

You may not know it, but you are at the peak of "achievement"
years.

Says who? My father wasn't a millionaire until he was 53. He wasn't
dissapointed.

Are we meant to be impressed by that? Bwahahahahahahah.

Several, some of which I've already achieved.

Tell us.

Goal #145
To own a wide variety of sailing vessels from modest to high-end over the

next
15 years.

You haven't even made "modest" yet. Look around your marina.

Is making a successful film one of your goals?

Poor Donal. He hears of ANY success and happiness and he's threatened straight
away.
Sad really.

Hmmm. I see two boats, slip 258, a well respected heart surgeon who happily
sails a Catalina 30, early 80s. An Alberg 30 belongs one of the biggest
property owners on the island-beautifully kept. Plenty of Pearsons, J-Boats and
C&Cs as well as the upper crust of Shannon, PS, Island Packet. The Beneteau's
are rarely sailed, always there when we leave, still docked when we return. A
new 39 appears to be little more than dockside condo space.
Why not ask on the Sailnet Beneteau list for a comparison of Beneteau and C&C
and what response you get. The folks there seem to think a lot of "old" C&Cs.
Dare to find out

The only feature I directed made me 450K in profits, more for the distributor
who sold it in 24-26 foreign markets.
Now if you mean a "blockbuster" the answer is no. I do want to make a really
good short film for the festival market next year. We just got financing for it
two weeks ago and some of it will be shot aboard Lexicon, a 71 foot custom
Yawl.
I'm just not a material guy like you, Donal. That's probably why I'll always
have more. Why this bothers you, no one can tell but your shrink. There is
always someone who has more. You have to learn to appreciate what you have.
Clearly this is not the case with you, dispite efforts to claim otherwise.
That's why you MUST respond to any silly attack I make on Beneteau.
My game, my board, my rules and you're the shoe. I'm the ship!

Bwahahahaahaha!

Threatened? No, I don't think so.

Please yourself. I've tried to explain to you that life needn't be a series
of small stepping stones - but you just don't get it, do you?

450K?? So why do you sail such a cheap old boat? You must have an
expensive drug habit.

Sounds like you are going to try to achieve failure once again...

SAIL LOCO November 1st 03 04:41 AM

Captain Neal, You're an authority!!!

What's this "move to the Chesapeake" crap?
How could a big time film maker operate away from the meca of Times Square?
There's no 42nd street down here to lure teenage run-a-ways into your car
for bribe sex.
You'd have to get rid of the dorkmobile. That thing wouldn't hold up on
Rt95 and beltway speeds.
You'll probably bring Zebra mussels on the bottom of that dock boat.
Stay in N.Y. You fit in up there since everybody else is a wierdo also.
You'll stick out like a sore thumb down here.

Trains are a winter sport
