Absolutely, would blow the board away otherwise. Still , 15Kn+ at
least. A rush for us mono hullers. By the way, check out the size of
the sail on the board.

That's not so. The top speed of the Bayer monster would not touch a
windsurfer (+45 knots). In that video the board is sailing under powered
with a big sail.

Well the top speed of the Bayer is about 27k (I'd guess) and most boards
do that all the time.

conditions for its record attempt?

The Bayer mosnter will never do 45k in any conditions!
