Seal Replacement - W30B3 - Raw Water Pump

Seeking advice on how to remove and replace raw water pump seals on
Westerbeke 30B3. Techniques and tools to use for do-it-yourselfer would be
appreciated. Does the shaft and or bearing need to be removed?
