I guess, but I don't recommend it. There are commercial soaps
out there that do work with salt water. "Jeff Morris" jeffmo@NoSpam-sv-lokiDOTcom wrote in message ... Joy soap suds in salt water - it can also be used for showers and washing hair. I guess, but if you're interested in salt water washing you're either out in the boonies
or living very cheap - probably both. Joy still is, I think, still the detergent of choice for the vagabond set. "Jonathan Ganz" wrote in message ... I guess, but I don't recommend it. I think brown eggs last longer than white ones. Coating the shell with
vasoline, grease, nail polish, etc. to keep the shell from ''breathing'' will keep them fresher. Keeping eggs in 'lime water' is an old trick. Joy dish soap.
