Next time ask for a soft-boiled or poached egg...they'll look at you =
even stranger...I grew up on soft-boiled eggs and toast..the kind you =
use the egg cup for...my granddaughters were going through some of my =
stuff and came across some egg cups in the bottom of the buffet...they =
wondered what kind of wine you drink out of such funny thick little =
glasses....they wouldn't touch the soft-boiled eggs when I made them...

Mom always made us soft boiled eggs on toast when we were sick. We call
'over easy' , dippy eggs, cause you dip your toast in em.
