New sails web page for your viewing pleasure. Quite a few quality pictures
so it might take a minute to load but it's worth the wait.

Nice sails!

It's interesting to note that Bobsprit spends his money on Hi Fi, while you
spend your money on sails!

Loco,

You're absolutely correct. My next boat project is all rope halyards.
Wire takes permanent sets and are hard wear on wenches

"hard wear on wenches"

looking forward to what Horvath makes of that one.

You're absolutely correct. My next boat project is all rope halyards.

Best bang for the buck is Ultra Tech by Samson. Technora core. Stay away from
Spectra for halyards. Kevlar is out and any of the other new fibers are still
high $$$.

All my wenches have hard wear on them. And very little underware.

I'd be more than happy to give you a sailing lesson or two
sometime. (Won't even charge you!)

Hmm, can I trust you? I can get a ride over to the Bahamas anytime.

How long does it take to get from the Bahamas to the Florida Keys?

I won't charge you for teaching me how to sail. Isn't that sweet of
me? I checked out a two hour basic instruction on sailing, and now I
know that the terminology is much like the aviation industry.

Let me know when you are available.

I don't announce my plans on usenet. You will have to e-mail me...
