If you could, Kind Sir, please explain the mentality that changed the
name of a Ground Effect Craft to a "Wing-in- Ground" Most of the Ground
Effect Craft don't even have a wing. Those that do have wings, certainly
don't have them touching the ground or in the ground!

Why the Hell do they do that? Then have to include a write up of what is
a "WIG" is in the ruless
