That storm seems to have gotten little publicity and it must have been going forward at a good clip to take so many people unaware. I can't even recall its name or did it not have a name? Is it that uncommon to have a 'cane strike at those high latitudes? Do people up there have NOAA weather channels on their VHF radios or is that only in the US?
