It would seem likely because he dreams he's a captain,
he dreams he knows the COLREGS, he dreams he's
a sailor when he only motors around and does not even
own a sailboat, he dreams he's better than me, he dreams
he's not just another useless old fart and he dreams he
doesn't look like a fool when he posts here.

He's far worse off than Shen44 because Mr. Shen
has a GED at least and can write a coherent paragraph
even if he can't find a real job so he works for his wife.
