Trip report 9/6/03 - 9/17/03
So I am not going to say "BUSTED, LOSER!".
Unless you have video showing my boat NOT doing 7 knots plus, I'm afraid you haven't a leg to stand on. You think a C&C 32 can't make 7 knots plus in 18 knots of wind? Yup, you SURE know boats! Bwahahahahaha! RB |

No video of any type from you about sailing upwind with a free helm....... What's Up with That??? That is just plain rubbish. I've managed to *do* 15.2 kts, but I've barely/rarely "averaged" more than 8 kts! Regards Donal -- |

I don't doubt for one secont that a C&C32 can *do* 7 kts upwind. However,
you claimed a sustained average of 7.5 kts. That is just plain rubbish. I never said we were upwind. Now...at what point does a reach "stop being upwind?" RB |
