Not really Bob..... I take it you're referring to your Thimbles Trip & my
questions regarding particulars and navigation. I frankly found it odd that
you adopted an evasive attitude in regards to my inquiries. What could have
evolved into an interesting thread on navigation [certainly there would have
been jabs at you.. so what].. instead turned into a complicated troll vs
troll. I'll take blame for a portion of that for sure... but it seems you
can't communicate on anything but that level. Yes Bob it's all in fun... but
that shouldn't mean that no information can be exchanged.

I do know a lot.... but in my over 20 years of sailing I had not seen [
well maybe I did see it but didn't realize it] a shelf footed sail. I was
sure that it was either a bolt rope or lugs unless you were running free
footed. I'll be keeping my attention more focused on that when I visit the
marina or go sailing. Nobody here "Knows All" Bob.... but the expertise is
here for almost any subject regarding sailing..... if you care to learn.
So far it seems your sole intent has been to troll...

If in the future you take the reins and lead the thread into a positive
tangent.... the fun and ribbing can still be incorporated along with the
information. This in no way means I'm cutting you any slack.... so don't get

That is a very odd assertion.

There is only one person here who uses words like "busted", "I won" and
"loser". Those sound like the words that a "know all" would use.
