Default Does winching cause heart attacks?

A member of this newsgroup who claims the highest strength believed he
suffered a heart attack from lifting a bike!

He had so much doubt in his physical condition that his already weak mental
condition caused him to rush to the hospital!

Will he have to get a hysterectomy from cranking a winch?
Is that why the sails are never raised?
Is he nothing but a marshmellow - a big jar of fluff?
