Well well, I thought this place closed down with deja. Did a google
search on Cedar Buckets for catamarans and wala, all the regulars are
still here, and a few new physcos. Captain Neal you still studying the
unibomber and trading with castro? Hey Per & MC hope things are going
well.
Are the asa folks doing that VV stuff?
If not lets do it again for Capt. Neal, he loved it and regreted not
signing aboard. Is Fulmor still around?
I see Ol Thom is still ticking along.
Bobspirt has gained fame, ganz is still gay, and this place has all
the same topics and raving that it always had.

Before you ask, Mystery Mermaid and I are still living on Redcloud.

Good to hear again from yet another trouble
maker. And a liveaboard, bless your heart.

Let Terri post once in a while. She's funny as
hell - especially when you're drunk and passed
out and she's halfway there herself.

Glad your doing OK as well captn.
Yeah its rare to find true sailors that live the life others only
dream of. Most here are like the blubberboy living in a small box only
to get a tempory
leave to go to the boat. Its kind of depressing to read about all
these dopes
that take pride in going to the local marina once and awhile to escape
the doldrums they survive in.

She received all your mail begging her to come back. Ill tell her your
still missing her, but dont hold your breath. She will be skippering a
J boat tonight in the local regetta so tonights out. Ill also let her
know how much Katy and the Moron miss her.

Yes she is, but we time it to pass out together these days.

Nothing secret about it, and you should be an admirer, she has a
licences that puts your little 6 pack to shame. She lives on a real
liveaboard, not a little day sailor like yours. And she has sailed
more miles than anyone here, except me.

The really sad thing is they actually feel qualified to judge US.
The poor, shcmuck lubbers actually think their week-end, around
their docks, with motor on constantly activities qualifies as sailing.

She's undoubtedly, a better J sailor than all but one or two of the
men in this group. Good luck to her tonite.

Katysails always was jealous of M.Mermaid. It's obvious that
M.Mermaid enjoys her life, always has a ball and loves
everybody and everything unless they're hateful to her - this is
just the opposite of poor Katy's sour, mean and hateful-from-
the-very-start attitude. I've tried to talk some sense into Katy
but I'm afraid it's hopeless. She just can't seem to loosen up.

She's funny as

So, you've had to cut in half what you drink so she doesn't
drink you under the table?

Wish I could find a woman as sexy and competent as M.Mermaid -
you're a lucky man! Does she have a sister who's into cruising?
But, I must correct you on one point, I now have a USCG Masters
license 25GT Near Coastal as well as my little old Six Pak.

S.Simon - one of only a handful of real cruising sailors who have
sense enough to live aboard (not to mention balls) and
also possesses a license so he can also earn a living
on the water if necessary.

Congrats, What 25gt vessel did you skipper to upgrade? You hauling
divers or packing tourist or just find a bigger sailboat to run.

Joe
MSV RedCloud to big for your little 25gt licences

Hi Joe!

Hope you've been good. Say Hi to Terry for me too? Have you two sorted
out your 'problems' now -is that why she's allowing you to post again?

Cheers MC

Joe,

Some up dates; Lady B & Mike Fulmor got married,

Neal goes by the name of Simple Simone

Can't be sure what Bobsprit is calling himself; What ever keeps him one
step ahead of the "net Nazis!

Michael; Schoonertrash went back to Sea on US Military transport. He is
buying a new boat, after his twin keeler almost sunk sailing to Calif.
(Keel Bolt leaks) He and Lady B were a hot and heavy item until he went
back to sea and Fulmor moved in;
Drove Neal crazy! especially after he found out she married a
different Mike!

Bobsprit brought a derilect C&C and is busting his ass trying to
convince (Not sure who) that it is the greatest thing since sliced bread

I just brought a new North Main and after sailing for years and years
with a shelved main it came "Free Footed" my fault. I didn't specify.
Wasn't I'd be satisfied but I've fallen in love with it. Caused a very
long discussion with the group of the pro's and con's of free footed and
shelf
I also put a new bottom on "Pnuema" and just about lost a summer of
sailing.

Simple (Neal) just ordered new sails from Hong Kong. They are applying
the Coronado Emblem ( Good thing there's on i in it. It would probably
Slant Eyed)

That is about all I can think of Joe. Good to see you back AND the
mermaid,

That was simple to figure out.

Yeah, going to sea and leaving your best friend behind is a mistake.

Drove Neal crazy! especially after he found out she married a
different Mike!

I bet that had him bouncing of the bulkheads.

Must be the boat with rotten mast wedges.

Both my main and mizzen are loose footed, I love em and they always
have preformed most excellent. Quantum Sails in Seabrook Texas made
them.

I hope he went with a loose footed sail as well. They preform better
than a footed sail, and a bent boom will not effect them much until it
really bends.

That is about all I can think of Joe. Good to see you back AND the
mermaid,

Sorry Mermaid is not back. She knows where this place is, but I think
she is more content to sail friendly waters with real sailors if given
the choice.

HAPPY 77th Birthday! Double 7s have to be a lucky year!

Cheers to you!
