Katy, next time you hit the "reply to group" button, take your cursor
(you know, that little pointy arrow controlled by the mouse), grab the
bottom left corner, left click & hold then drag the box to the top left
to make the box smaller. Then when you type, your word wrap should work
just fine. You will have to try it a few times to get it just right.
