Is it just me? Of course it's just you. Nobody else is so lacking in wit that they would admit to believing Bob's fantasy trip. Bwaaaahahahahhhahahaaaaa! Donal, I've seen no excerpts from your log nor pictures to confirm that you have either a yacht nor ability to navigate your way out of the Solent on a ebb tide. That only shows that you didn't understand the pictures. I've posted pictures if Setanta sailing out of the Solent at the Bembridge end, and I've posted pictures of us coming in at the Needles end. If you didn't understand them, then that was because you weren't familiar with the area. I may not be the world's greatest expert (like you are) at sail trim, but I am a competent navigator. You may dispute this at your peril. Regards Donal -- |

Cool! Scary too. Did a short stint with the water police. I hope my eyes tricked me. But it seemed to be what it seemed to be. Perhaps it's best that I'll never know for sure. I made an effort to recover it, but it was barely at the surface and looked away for a sec while coming about. RB |

Hey, just like living in Calcutta an watching the incomplete cremations flaot past...adds a whole new meaning to "catching a crab", I suspect. (Now Sydney, of course, makes use of quickset concrete for neat disposal). -- Flying Tadpole ------------------------- Learn what lies below the waves of cyberspace! http://www.internetopera.netfirms.com |
