Of course it matters if you want the audience to get a true sense of what it
was like. At what time did you make the approach to the channel at the
Thimbles?

| Just the basics Bob.... leg times or distances. departure times / arrival
| times.... wind speeds that include a better description than "strong".
|
| Why? Why? Why? On our approach to Thimbles, 15-20, gusts past 25. So? Does
that
| matter to you?

Thimbles?

I think about 2:00 or so, maybe 2:30. Winds weren't as bad as we approached,
but there was some flakey powernboat traffic.

You stated
the wind was sufficiently strong to keep many other vessels off the water
yet your photo does not justify your claim.

I love it when Mooron gets caught lying!
1) I clearly indicated that I saw few boats, which MIGHT be normal for the
area.
2) I clearly stated that I had to put the camera away due to spray when it
picked up.
Uh oh, Mooron! More lashes for you?

Hooooh ahhh! Two balls out again!

At least he isn't sliding down a razor blade, using them as brakes...

I think I saw that in a movie called the Long Ships years ago.

I heard it as a joke many moons ago, when I was a schoolboy...

What's the definition of pain?

A fly sliding down a razor blade, using its balls as brakes.

:-)

H-m-m-m-m-m...."You can't sail into that channel. Especially on this day.
We're minutes from
the entrance, flanked by dopey powerboaters."

I think you may have clipped your ears both times with the last "crack of
the whip" Bob....

Nope... I'm wearing coveralls today.

Now how difficult was that Bob? Why didn't you just state that fact
originally?

Winds weren't as bad as we approached,
| but there was some flakey powernboat traffic.

I take it that's why you put the camera away? .. and why you claimed I lied
about your statement regarding boat traffic?

This gets better with every step.....
