You stated
the wind was sufficiently strong to keep many other vessels off the water
yet your photo does not justify your claim.

1) I clearly indicated that I saw few boats, which MIGHT be normal for the
area.
2) I clearly stated that I had to put the camera away due to spray when it
picked up.
