Bogman I take it your Irish? And therefore a Celt! And maybe not quite
up to speed.
Why would you insult your Welsh brother? Myself being Cornish I never
would. All of us Celts have one common thorne and that thorne is the
"Saxon English"
(however I'am married to one)

Anyway Bogman tsk! tsk! on you.

Arthur was a legend, and, if there was any basis for his existence, he
could have been any one of a number of nationalities.

Kingsley

Since Arthur was almost entirely invented by a man called Chrétien de
Troyes, I suspect he wasn't Australian.

He was hardly invented by Chrétien de Troyes. He turns up in Welsh legends
that predate Chrétien by several hundred years, and he's mentioned in
passing in Y Gododdin, which is probably about 6th century AD.
