Kingsley Since Arthur was almost entirely invented by a man called Chrétien de Troyes, I suspect he wasn't Australian. He was hardly invented by Chrétien de Troyes. He turns up in Welsh legends that predate Chrétien by several hundred years, and he's mentioned in passing in Y Gododdin, which is probably about 6th century AD. Kevin |
