The Koenigsegg CC is "the fastest street legal car in production with a top
speed exceeding 390 km/h and an acceleration that takes it up to 100 km/h in
less than 3.5 seconds"

That's 242 MPH top speed, and 0-62 in under 3.5 seconds. Bugati claims better
in trials.
