Easy for you to say. You apparently hibernate while at the
helm. How many collisions is it going to take before they
get some real testing of competence for you ocean operators?

You take a test and then you go out to sea and sleep while
your ship plows through the ship lanes on autopilot. Many
of you are deaf, blind and dumb from overindulging in
alcohol.
