Is there anyway to stop all those header postings coming into the group?

So far, I've had some luck with msg rules. auto-deleting msgs with certain
key words in either the header, msg, or sender. Otherwise, I try to ignore.

I believe it's a misnomer, but I interpreted it to mean any message/thread
that is clearly BS, clutter, non-sense, annoying, etc.
