This makes it hard to read posts, I always try to clean up the posts
before I send a response so everyone does not have to scroll way down
to read the messages, I find this to be a pain when one has to wade through
the garbage. I see there are a few on here that spam us with headers, I am
hoping they leave or stop the spam.

So far, I've had some luck with msg rules. auto-deleting msgs with
certain key words in either the header, msg, or sender. Otherwise, I
try to
ignore.
