What about a Nic32?
I've been doing my reading and I think I've made up my mind...I'm going to
buy a Nicholson 32 [Mark 8 hopefully] Has anyone got an opinion? Perhap the Contessa 32 or the Rival 32 is more palatable? Perhaps a She Traveller 9.5 is better value. Whadayathink? Appreciated. What about a Nic32?
Thanks for that. I've read that the Contessa 32 isn't as strong in the
hull/keel. I've been looking at prices: The Nic35 is out of my league but the older 36 is most definitely affordable - perhaps less expensive than a 32...is there a problem with these boats? Also, I've read that the Nic32 has 6' headroom ...is 6'2" a problem here? Thanks The Nic 32 is a fine boat, if you can find one. They are older and with a full keel. Despite being a rabid Nic 35 owner, I would look at the Contessa 32 if I were you. Preferably the British (rather than Canadian) version. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Dan,
I think Tony Howard of "Judicious" lurks at "rec.boats.cruising". He will tell you a lot about the Nic 32 -- Dennis Gibbons S/V Dark Lady CN35-207 email: dennis dash gibbons at worldnet dot att dot net "Daniel Thompson" wrote in message ... Thanks for that.
